This page explains what Idovio holds, how to disconnect a store or an account you connected to Idovio Commerce, and how to have your Idovio account and its data deleted.
Idovio Labs Ltd holds your account details, your subscription and billing records, and the messages you send to support.
Data from the stores, marketplaces, suppliers and ad accounts you connect belongs to your workspace. The Idovio connection service only passes the authorization between you and the platform: it does not keep store data or customer data.
In Idovio Commerce open Connections, choose the store or account and select Disconnect. Idovio Commerce deletes its access credentials for that connection and stops synchronizing it.
You can also withdraw access from the platform itself: uninstall Idovio Commerce from your Shopify admin, or remove it from the authorized applications of your eBay, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Meta or Google account.
When you sign out, choose the option to remove the workspace from this device. Uninstalling the application also removes the data it stored on that device.
Write to privacy@idovio.com from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We confirm the request by email and complete it within 30 days.
We delete your account and the workspace data we hold for it. Invoices are kept for the period tax law requires, and that obligation prevails over a deletion request.
When a platform sends us a deletion request for a store or for one of its customers, such as Shopify's privacy requests, we receive it automatically and act on it.
If you are a customer of a shop that uses Idovio Commerce, contact that shop first: it decides what happens to your data. You can also write to privacy@idovio.com and we will pass your request to the shop.
